The Dank Project isn’t just a platform—it’s my passion distilled into pixels. Born from my relentless curiosity and love for storytelling, it’s my ode to creators from regions too often overshadowed. Think Latin America, the Middle East, and beyond—not the underdogs, but the underseen.

This "brainbaby" of mine began in Turkey, where I lived for four transformative years. Turkey is a treasure trove of creativity, but so many voices go unheard due to language barriers or a lack of platforms to champion them. The Dank Project was my answer: a space to showcase these incredible creators with a bold, web-zine-style narrative, giving them the recognition they deserve.

I wore all the hats here: creative strategist, writer, curator, website designer (hello, WIX), and social media wizard. From the ground up, I built a platform that profiles painters, skaters, drag queens, bakers, jewelry artisans—anyone creating with originality and fire. Each article is a carefully crafted piece, approved by the artists themselves to ensure integrity and authenticity.

Right now, The Dank Project is taking a creative pause for a rebrand, but the mission remains steadfast: to shed light on creators rewriting the rules, to connect local talent with a global audience, and to reshape perceptions of what creativity from these regions can be.
